Hi, I'm Ava, and I am the founder of Nuro Apparel, a company that creates sensory-friendly clothing designed for neurodivergent comfort and confidence.

I have AuDHD, OCD, SPD, and a lot of other forms of neurodiversity, and being neurodivergent is a big part of who I am. Nuro Apparel comes from my own experiences being neurodivergent, both how I have sensory-issues, and how I always wear hoodies because they act as a security blanket for me.

One night in my dorm room, I started thinking that maybe other people could benefit from a sensory-friendly security blanket that you can wear everywhere, and the journey started.
